Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through TeamDay.ai, operated by 7Segments s.r.o.
1. Subscription Plans (Starter, Pro, Business)
TeamDay offers monthly subscription plans that unlock AI workspace capabilities.
- 7-Day Refund Window. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us at [email protected] with your account email and reason for the request.
- After 7 Days. Subscriptions are non-refundable after the 7-day window. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle.
- Renewals. Automatic renewal charges are non-refundable. If you do not wish to be charged for the next billing cycle, cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
2. Credits (Pay-As-You-Go)
Credits are used to pay for AI agent compute and model usage on the TeamDay platform.
- Non-Refundable. All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Credits are consumed as you use AI agents and cannot be converted back to cash.
- Expiration. Unused credits expire 12 months after the date of purchase. Expired credits cannot be restored or refunded.
- Auto Top-Up. If you have enabled automatic credit top-ups, each top-up charge is a separate, non-refundable purchase. You can disable auto top-up at any time in your billing settings.
3. Free Tier
TeamDay Free does not require payment. No refunds apply to the free tier.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for an eligible subscription purchase:
- Send an email to [email protected] within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
- Include your account email address and the reason for your request
- We will process eligible refunds within 5–10 business days to your original payment method
5. Exceptions
We may, at our sole discretion, issue refunds or credits outside of this policy in cases of:
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
- Service outages that materially affected your ability to use the platform
- Other exceptional circumstances
6. Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly, we reserve the right to suspend your account pending resolution. We encourage you to reach out to us first at [email protected] so we can resolve any issues promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at teamday.ai/d/refund. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
