About Armen Forget

Armen Forget is the co-founder and CTO of Letter AI, an AI-native revenue enablement platform that helps enterprise sales teams ramp up faster through personalized training, coaching, and deal-level intelligence. He co-founded Letter AI (originally Tractatus) with Ali Akhtar in 2023 as part of Y Combinator’s W23 batch. The company has raised over $50 million in funding, including a $40 million Series B led by Battery Ventures in February 2026, and serves Fortune 100 customers including Lenovo, Adobe, and Novo Nordisk.

Before Letter AI, Forget spent over a decade building enterprise software and AI systems. He was a Staff Software Engineer and Technical Lead at project44, the supply chain visibility platform, from 2020 to 2023. Earlier in his career, he worked at Kapsch TrafficCom North America developing dynamic pricing and real-time traffic control systems, at Cirrus Logic as a Senior Software Test Lead, and at MDA as a Software Developer and Architect from 2010 to 2016. He holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, both from Concordia University.

As CTO, Forget leads Letter AI’s technical architecture — building the AI systems that automate content personalization, sales coaching, and deal intelligence at enterprise scale. His engineering background across IoT (Samsara), supply chain (project44), and signal processing (Cirrus Logic) gives him a practical orientation toward building AI products that work reliably in complex enterprise environments, not just in demos.
