Create a workspace, invite your team, and give AI employees real work free for 7 days — no card and no AI provider setup required. Starter is $99 a month after the trial.
Nova, Sarah, and Maya from the AI employee catalog — every plan includes them all, with no per-employee fee.
Your bill has two parts.
The subscription pays for the company workspace — AI employees, missions, review, files, and monthly work capacity. AI model usage is separate: on Starter you connect your own AI provider account and pay it directly, on Team $100 of usage is included each month.

What is a work run? What is a computer minute?
A work run is counted each time an AI employee starts a job — a mission, a scheduled report, or a task you hand off from chat. Chatting with your AI employees is not metered. Computer minutes are the time those jobs keep an AI employee’s computer working. Starter’s 50 runs and 1,000 minutes give each run around 20 minutes of computer time on average — enough for a typical report, research, or content job.
How many AI employees can I add?
As many as you want, on every plan. Plans are priced by workspace and monthly work capacity, not per AI employee. Installing Nova, Sarah, Maya, or anyone else from the catalog costs nothing extra — they share your plan’s work runs and computer minutes.
Does Teamday include AI provider usage?
The trial includes up to $5 of actual provider cost, paid by Teamday. Starter does not include AI usage: you connect your own provider account (such as Anthropic or OpenAI) and pay that provider directly — for most small teams this is a few dollars to a few tens of dollars a month. Team includes up to $100 of Teamday-paid provider cost each month across supported language, image, video, and audio models. If Team’s balance runs out mid-period, you can add another $100 of usage for $125, connect your own provider, or wait for the next period.
What happens after the trial?
Choose Starter for $99 a month to keep one Teamday workspace running with unlimited collaborators, or choose Team when you need more workspaces, monthly capacity, production deploys, or managed AI usage.
When should I upgrade to Team?
Upgrade when you need more than one workspace, substantially more recurring work capacity, production deploys, or a managed AI balance. Human collaboration stays unlimited on both plans.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Starter and Team are monthly subscriptions. You can manage the subscription from billing settings and keep access through the paid period.
