We use the most powerful frontier models available. Every new model release is a step change for agent capabilities. Currently the best models are:

Claude Sonnet, Opus - Anthropic models are great conversation partners and fantastic at calling tools properly.
Google Gemini - Google Gemini models are great at reasoning and have a great ability to understand and execute complex tasks.
OpenAI GPT-5 - OpenAI models compete neck to neck with Gemini and Claude
Mistral - European Mistral

Hardcoded tools

Basic platform tools that are selectively available to all AI agents.

Web Search - search the web for information.
Email - send emails to human supervisor.
Generate images - generate images based on the prompt.
File tools - find, create, read, update and delete files.

MCP is standard for communication between AI and external tools. Provides a way to connect any external API to AI, including databases, SaaS products, productivity tools, calendar and more. Specialized AI Agents need access tools required for their work via MCP servers.
