- Fraud-proof verification — liveness detection rejects photos of photos and screen-captured images, so only real people with real documents can claim credits. Each document can only be used once across all accounts.
Bug Fixes
- Agent question cards now have a solid background — when an agent asks you a question mid-conversation, the prompt is fully readable instead of floating over chat messages with no background.
- Already-verified users now see the correct “already verified” message instead of a misleading “$20 credits added” badge.
- After completing identity verification, you’re taken directly to your workspace instead of a dead-end page.
