What happens to Opus 4.7

• New chats and agents now default to Opus 4.8.
• Existing agents and chats pinned to Opus 4.7 are migrated to 4.8 automatically — nothing for you to do.

How to switch

• Open any agent → Agent Settings → Model → pick Claude Opus 4.8.
• Sonnet 4.6 remains the speed-to-cost default; Opus 4.8 is the pick for high-stakes missions.
